Purchasing a new family home should be a joyous occasion but the lack of involvement from Josh Sherwood has been appalling and unprofessional. Due to the lack of communaction we were forced to meet the sellers in a car park to receive the keys for our new home, it felt like a drug deal. Nothing was professional from the beginning of the purchace. Both sides were unhappy. Absolutely shocking.
