My home purchase experience is quite smooth. Thank you for Josh's help to guide us brought the first home. Overall I can say Josh and his team is quite professional. One thing I suggest is to improve their services after house settlement. On settlement day my family and I was quite frustrated to open the main doors without any help and also have some questions didn't sort out regarding house light and lockers etc.
