We dealt with josh and his team, during the purchase of our Capalaba house last month, and what a great team to deal with. they went out of there way to help us, as we were living overseas at the time of purchase. We felt that they had there hands tied allot of the times, maybe by the vendor, unsure of. I know we very nearly walked away from the deal, and if josh and his team hadn't been there to help thru the transaction, then it would of fallen over, its just lucky we liked the house/street/neighbour-hood.
