User Friendly
Josh provided all the information we requested prior to viewing the home for the first. When we met him at the open home he left us on our own after pointing out some of the features of the property. When it was obvious we wanted to proceed and submit an offer, he was organised and walked us through the contract ensuring there was nothing left out. He wasn't pushy regarding the amount we were willing to pay - totally professional and was committed to getting the best deal for the sellers.

We chose Josh Sherwood to sell our house in Wellington Point as he made the effort to keep in touch with us for over 12 months after we left Brisbane. Aside from his tenacity, we felt Josh would help us coordinate the various tradesmen and stylist to present the house to stand out from others on the market which he did very well. Josh knew what we wanted to achieve and helped us sell the house a week after listing it for sale.
