House Sold!
Kristian was the first agent I met with, but sadly did not engage. Despite me not engaging Kristian first up, he always kept in touch to see how progress was going for me, so after a 2mth try with a different agent and no success I returned to Kristian to assist with the sale of my family home. Kristian and the Freedom team were always professional, kept me updated on every step and after a very short time on the market my home is sold. Thanks to you I am now closer to the future I previously only dreamed of. Thank you team :)

Too arrogant for own good
While he may have an understanding of selling property he isn’t in touch with the wants and needs of all buyers. We weren’t his ‘preferred’ investment purchase clientele (and he does have preferences in my opinion). Didn’t listen to what was said to him. Be aware.

Great outcome
After trying another local agent unsuccessfully, Josh listed our property. His marketing package was very professional and well priced. After two open homes the property was under contract for a good price. Josh liaised without difficult purchaser and the property settled on time. I would happily recommend Josh Davey as an agent.
