Smooth process from start to finish
Having recently emigrated from the UK, it was a totally different conveyancing process in Australia. However, Luke was a great help to us in guiding us through the process and providing us with help and support at every stage. Josh, you made the selling process so seamless from the initial listing presentation - explaining the difference between private treaty and auction, organising the photography & marketing, signing the contract, getting the listing live, running the open homes (not just sending a junior in your place), negotiating and everything in between. I valued that you prioritised our price over selling quickly, despite the challenges with the market conditions (election & 3 rate rises). You were relentless and in the end were able to match our home with a new beautiful family.
