Very Professional, gives plenty of advise on the process of selling.

Could not complain with a single thing with Josh.. he made the process so easy without any doubt that he couldn't sell my house. He was clear from the start with all costs and pretty spot on estimates on where he felt the house would sell for unlike other agents ive used in the past. He had a potential buyer that he knew that was keen on the property, with his professionalism he stuck with that buyer and managed to work them to a point that they offered more that what he expected and got them locked in within the 1st week of advertising the house.. Super happy with the communication from Josh straight from the start, kept me updated with everything all the way till settlement... I will use Josh on future sales and recommend him to everybody keen to sell..
