Overall disappointed with service. It felt like once we had the offer approved we never heard a word from Josh which is true. I called him to discuss items twice and that’s all I heard from him, no call to say congratulations the property was unconditional or even when it settled. I spoke more with his team than him, they came to all appointments on his behalf. If I hadn’t met him at an auction I went to for another property I wouldn’t know who he was. Overall service was good until they got the contract. Maybe because we didn’t buy the most expensive property he had for sale we weren’t his priority. Then to mention the property was handed over in a poor condition. Pool not touched in months and very costly to bring up to swimmable standards, lawns long, then inside has taken 3 days to clean and we have only managed to clean half of the house. Was considering going through him to sell the property down the track until this all happened and have changed my mind.
