The most honest, reliable agent, who listened to what we wanted & delivered above our expectations!
After a poor experience with a different local agent, we were a little skeptic on anyone being able to find what we were looking for. We are a family of 5 and wanted to stay in the Birkdale/Wellington Point area so our children can remain in their schools and we absolutely love being by the bay. We gave Morgan our list of non-negotiables and nice to haves. We also gave him a deadline that we needed to match as we were ending our tenancy as renters. Not only did Morgan present a house that exceeded our expectations (including price), the service he provided was exemplary, only matched by his genuine, honest and friendly nature. We never felt like "another transaction" to Morgan. He took our calls and provided us with support and guidance from Offer to post-Settlement. We can't speak highly enough of Morgan and our experience with him. Very very very grateful that we chose Morgan as our agent.
