Josh and his Freedom team have been great for my wife and I during our house purchase. Through their Early Bird notification, we found out about our new house in a timely manner. The house, being tenanted, required understanding from both sides for the inspection process and for subsequent building and pest inspections by others. The Freedom team were exceptional in the above process throughout. They did the liaison with the tenants and ensured our access, which was time dependent, went smoothly, with no fuss. They also handled our offer to seller in very good time and made that side of things, including negotiation, very easy. They also assisted in providing contacts for various services within the buying process which was much appreciated. So we thank them for their professionalism and courtesy and will certainly use them again should we require an estate agent in the future.
