Great Agent!!!
I think Josh has a great knack for matching the right people with the right house, which is a good skill and he is really good at his job. We were very happy with the experience of dealing with Josh in spite of the usual stresses that come with big decision like this. Thanks for helping us. I would use Josh as my real estate agent again and would recommend him to anyone wishing to obtain an enthusiastic and experienced agent.

As long time potential buyers, we had dealt with many real estate agencies. From our 1st experience with the Mr Sell team, we were very impressed with how professional, honest, and informative Josh and the Mr Sell team were. The team were incredibly pro-active in supporting us as the buyer, providing responsive, consistent communication to ensure that we had the information required to support a potential purchase. This support extended from the initial property we had looked at to other potential properties in the area. We felt like the Mr Sell team were representing us. The result being that we purchased a property through the Mr Sell team and were very impressed with how they helped with lessening the overwhelming, stressful and consuming process of buying a home. Stress Free Selling
Selling a home during COVID-19 is probably not the best idea, but Josh came up with a strategy that enabled me to secure a buyer with no conditions attached. I am now confident in moving on to my next project. I would definitely consider using Josh again.
