I purchased a property through Josh at Freedom. I liked his approach to secure a sale quickly at the best price possible for the seller and I had no hesitation going with Josh for our sale. Josh assisted with tips on presentation to assist get a quick sale and we sold in about 3 weeks! Great result. Josh kept us informed about interested buyers and we found the personal log on to access inspection feedback on the Freedom site was a good way to see what people are saying about the home. From the start Josh was so helpful, working hard to ensure that we as buyers were constantly in the know about the property, able to liaise well between multiple services i.e. lawyers, brokers, owners and buyers. He was so honest about every step of the journey, encouraging us when times got tough yet providing realistic expectations when things starting moving a little slower. Josh made himself available at all times, and when he was out of reach his assistant Alex was able to carry the load.
