We first got in contact with Josh through a mutual friend. He came to visit us, gave us ideas on how to better present the house and really that's all we had to do - Josh did the rest. Josh who. Nathan did an excellent job in answering enquiries and arranging inspection times. After I submitted an offer Josh presented a contract that differed from my offer and placed undue pressure due to revised dates and public holidays. Disappointed I was not able to personally collect the key from them after settlement and they asked to leave them in the letter box.

We are a couple with limited tech knowledge and were very keen to have Josh Sherwood as our Agent. We signed with Josh on our first meeting, because we felt he was a "real go-getter" and with the latest ideas of styling a house and the use of a drone and the walk-through effect all sounded gobbledegook to us. He showed us what he meant and we were very excited. Josh got a really good price for us, much more than we thought we would get. We have told so many people about Josh and how he got us more than we wanted. We would recommend him to everyone, especially old people who know nothing of the new trends of styling a house before selling. It really does work. Thanks Josh. (My Husband wanted to go with Purple Bricks because of the low commission. We are glad we didn't because of the old saying "You get what you pay for, pay peanuts you get monkeys".
