Very Professional, gives plenty of advise on the process of selling.
We used the Mr Sell team to sell our large property in Birkdale this year. His team where always prompt and on time for meetings and open days, providing good feedback on all attendees and their comments and standings within the sales process. House sold in good time. Could not complain with a single thing with Josh.. he made the process so easy without any doubt that he couldn't sell my house. He was clear from the start with all costs and pretty spot on estimates on where he felt the house would sell for unlike other agents ive used in the past. He had a potential buyer that he knew that was keen on the property, with his professionalism he stuck with that buyer and managed to work them to a point that they offered more that what he expected and got them locked in within the 1st week of advertising the house.. Super happy with the communication from Josh straight from the start, kept me updated with everything all the way till settlement... I will use Josh on future sales and recommend him to everybody keen to sell..

Luke sold our unit quickly and for a much better price than we were expecting
We have never sold a house before and it was good to be able to rely on Luke for tips on what we needed to do to present the unit well and get the best price. In the end, it wasn't needed because Luke was able to get a signed contract within 5 days of our first contact with him. We are very happy with the sale price Luke was able to achieve and the contract process is going very smoothly. Luke knows the area well and I would recommend using him whether you are buying or selling
