Sold off market
After selling our own home, Kristian inquired whether we’d consider selling an investment property. He was told that we weren’t actively intending to sell but if any parties were interested we’d be open to consideration. Within days an offer was presented and within another couple of days we were signing a contract. On both occasions, Kristian always listened and fulfilled his duty professionally and efficiently.
