Goes Above and Beyond to Achieve Results

The team with the skills and passion.
We changed our preference of agent to Janice and Petals because of the way they answered the questions we thought buyers would ask. A previous agent had good enough answers, but Janice and Petals had answers that would more than satisfy buyers, and invite them to consider the property again. Regardless the concern that a buyer might have, Janice were prepared ahead of time with up-to-date quotes, contact details of knowledgable persons, and helpful, positive responses that kept the buyers interested and the sale on track. Janice was always available to us, and she always got back to us promptly. Her advice was wise, and her suggestions regarding preparing the house and “managing” buyers were useful and saved us money and time and stress! Besides all that, she was an understanding friend in the midst of the turbulent waters of house selling. It must be said that in every way, this applies to Petals as well. As a team they were the perfect blend of wise counsel and understanding companions in the journey they accompanied us on, from the beginning of preparations the the celebration meal at the end.

Highly recommend Janice
Janice was lovely, she was very friendly to deal with and was always available to help with any issues/questions as they arose. Janice never tried to use sales pitches or the standard realestate agent lines and tactics to get our house sold, she simply tells it how it is. I would certainly use Janice again if I'm ever selling again.
