When looking for an agent to sell my property I spoke to the agent who the property is leased through and to Bev via recommendation from a mutual associate. The other agent put together an email and told me what they would do, what it would cost and what they expected I would get. Bev insisted on meeting face to face with me at my place at a time convenient to me being a Sunday afternoon. Tick in the box - personalised. She told me that she generally only takes on a limited number of sales so she can best service her portfolio. Sold. Throughout the process Bev gave me regular updates and everything went smoothly. I susoect that a big part of her success is that she looks out for everyone in the process i.e. the vendor, prospective purchasers, tenants, letting agent - everyone. And via this everyone is in the loop and everyone is cooperative meaning the process can flow. Bev was awesome from day one to completion and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is looking to sell a property.
