Exceptional Service
Peter and Dylan came into our home with so much enthusiasm and interest. They could see the extra potential (and money) with a bit of “spit and polish”. They know their stuff and they were right. We sold on the first open home with multiple offers. Their service went above and beyond my expectation. Very professional and easy to deal with. Dylan’s continued communication for the entire sale process was exceptional and nothing was too much of a problem. Especially when the sale was a very emotional one. Meet the Hooly team and you will understand how they differ from other agents. I cannot recommend Hooly team highly enough.

I contacted Wayne and discussed about selling the house. He listened, ask the right questions and gave his professional opinions. He was the man for the job. The same day videos were created and posted to social media. The next two days there was a flurry of people keen to inspect. There was constant communications from Wayne, keeping me up to date on the buzz that was created. On the fifth day an open house was arranged and a number of parties inspected my home. That afternoon I was given an amazing offer that I accepted. Sold in 5 days using social media!! Wayne’s formula is a winner.

Thrilled with new home
I found Wayne very easy to communicate with. He was very professional, always on time when we had to meet for looking at home i purchased. Very prompt on answering phone calls, emails an txt. Wayne answered all questions i put to him. I liked his manner, felt easy discussing things. I wish Wayne all the success in the future and would higly recommend him. Also if i was to sell/purchase again i would get in touch with Wayne. Wayne has alot of knowledge in this area.

Great First Property Experience
