My wife & I originally met Wayne Hay around 6 years ago when we were exploring the market and attending open homes. We liked Wayne's relaxed, welcoming and non-pushy style. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the homes we were inspecting and allowed us to freely inspect each home without any of the usual sales push or hard sell. But he also knew when to chime in and question us in relation to our level of interest, any questions we had and our buying position.
