Wayne was very generous with his time and was able to provide accurate and insightful local knowledge about the area and specific estate of the property. He had built a good rapport with the vendor and was able to communicate quickly and effectively on all issues as they arose. He competently solved all issues in a mutually satisfactory way. Access to a tenanted property can be difficult but Wayne negotiated access on several occasions in a timely way to facilitate inspections. A friendly experienced agent to deal with.
