Wonderful experience
Dealing with Isis was an absolute pleasure. I appreciated her patience and understanding throughout our tenancy. Every issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Regards the sale of the property - we didn't appreciate the address being posted on social media. That was our only complaint.

Very professional
With insurance claims and other work done at Haines Street there was a bit of confusion as to who was paying what, but Maddie was extremely patient with us and dealt with all our requests and changes very professionally.

A very good experience from the start
I have had a very good experience with the team at Freemans Residential since purchasing my investment property through them (they continued with the letting after the sale). I have had excellent tenants and excellent service. I have four investment properties, in various cities (this is the only one in Cairns) and I do think Freemans is the best of all my managing agents. I would not hesitate to recommend them and, without any shadow of a doubt, if I purchase another investment property in Cairns I will be employing their services to manage it.
