The whole experience was so professional from the viewing to the day we were handed the keys. Freemans took over our lease halfway through when our house was sold. They were very open with what the landlord expected the rent to be raised to and what options we had. We decided to find another home and when we found one through Freemans the application was easy and stress free. I hope to continue this through our new rental home with them

I initially saw the property advertised online and loved it but unfortunately was told applications were already being reviewed for it. The following day I received an invitation to put an application in. I was grateful that they remembered my interest in the place. On submitting my application there was a quick turnaround and great communication with the agent. Any correspondence sent by me is addressed straight away with an email. Jobs that were required at the property have been dealt with promptly and I like how they follow up to gauge my satisfaction of the completed works and the service provider. The staff are great to deal with and were very helpful and supportive of me at what was a stressful time in having to move so quickly. Highly recommend the team and Madelyn.

We all know that the house marketing is really hectic nowadays. With Freemans Residential i can say i was really amazed. I got the rentals very quick and with ease. I was actually moving states at the time, from Adelaide to Cairns and had applied through the TenantApp. My approval was at a twinkle of an eye for a newly built unit/house for that matter. Through the help of Heidi Corbett, the process from application up to getting the keys to a newly built unit was spontaneous. By the time i arrived in Cairns from Adelaide, i had already received a call from Heidi, letting me know that my application has been approved. Immediately when i arrived, i went to their office to get my keys and She had already organised everything. Im really impressed with their way of communication and professionalism and the way they make this whole process seamless. Im currently enjoying my new home/house and i recommend Freemans Residential to anyone in Cairns looking for rentals or even purchasing a house.
