After interviewing four other agents to assist with the sale of our property I had no hesitation in deciding to put it in the hands of Frost Real Estate. Right from the start I was confident in what Craig was telling me and the method that he uses to get the optimum price. I felt like I was getting 2 for the price of one. Renee was so helpful with extra little jobs we needed to organize and staging the property. The no nonsense approach to marketing, no open for inspections (only one on one inspections), the timely feedback after each inspections, the honest appraisal when the number of enquiries was less than we expected, the extra time Craig spent trying to understand the market in our locality and then the way the eventual negotiation was conducted were all really appreciated and true to his original commitments. Our property was sold in 10 days for a price we were happy with and obviously the purchaser was prepared to pay. Throughout the process Craig displayed integrity to both the vendor and purchaser which was most impressive. I have recommended Craig to many friends and will continue to do so.

Our home was listed online and sold in just over two weeks through Frost Real Estate's recommended Private Sale. This resulted in a great price despite the circumstances. The outcome was better than we'd expected as our house was not an easy sell particularly as it had a freeway behind it with future road widening plans, a flat roof and two other homes on our side of the street were also listed for sale at the same time including our next door neighbour! I'm so glad we sold with Frost Real Estate as I don't believe any of the larger local agents would have given us the best result, though we did interview them all twice over (just to be sure). Frost Real Estate stood out from the rest with their professionalism and honesty not only with us but with all potential buyers. Larger agents have a bigger market share, but charge a bomb in useless marketing campaigns which act to promote themselves and not your home. Effective advertising and an excellent negotiator results in a good sale price not auction with high advertising costs. What drew us to Frost Real estate was the Private Sale method while all other real estate agents we interviewed recommended auction with expensive advertising costs. Most real agents sell their OWN homes through Private Sale as they KNOW it will obtain higher selling price. Private Sale method is quicker, eliminates time wasters and provides for higher sale value as buyers do not know the exact price other interested parties have put in. If you have serious buyer/s wanting to buy your home, why make them wait a whole month for the auction auction campaign when you can get an excellent negotiator like Craig to extract best possible price from them asap. Conversely, we bought our dream home at auction and this method saved us more money than it would would have we purchased through private sale. Craig Frost and his team worked hard and went the extra mile to seal the deal and pursue best price for us.

Where do I begin? I lost faith in real estate agents quite a few years ago, so much so, that I put off selling for a long time. That was before I met Craig. In the first few minutes of our meeting, I realised that his ideals matched with mine - no hard sells, no lies, no deceit - only respect, honesty and care for everyone in the process. Within the first 10 minutes, he began to discuss his business partner (who just happens to be his wife) in such glowing terms, which I found lovely and perhaps, if I'm honest, a bit disturbing - I mean, no one can be that good! I decided that I needed to meet this person, just to see if he was exaggerating (even just a little bit..). Then I met Renee - and yes, you guessed it, Craig was not exaggerating! She is truly amazing! I decided then and there to put my house on the market! I have not looked back. Renee made my life so much easier than I ever thought possible - for which I will be eternally grateful. They kept me informed every step of the way - always honest and in integrity. There were none of the tricks of the trade played out as with other real estate agents, which was utterly refreshing. That also meant that my own negotiation skills weren't needed!! And when the house was sold in such a short time, with a great offer, I felt such relief - relief that there are real estate agents out there that can be in integrity and still acheive amazing results. I have dealt with real estate agents for more than 20 years and Craig is clearly head and shoulders above any I have ever encountered. HIs processes are first class and he offers peace of mind in what can be as extremely stressful time. We were particularly thrilled that Craig does not conduct open inspections but takes potential pre-qualified buyers through on private inspections. This process is a real winner. I cannot recommend Craig more highly to any prospective vendor.
