I interviewed three real estate agents to sell my home. Two out of the three agents were very good. I was most interested in Craig's belief that a private sale made more sense than a auction. I made a second appointment to meet again with him, this time with a trusted friend by my side to help me make the decision. Craig and his partner were very impressive to both of us. At the close of the appointment I was certain that my choice was Craig Frost Real Estate. I am very pleased that I chose Craig Frost. I was given plenty of notice prior to each inspection and he provided excellent feedback from the potential buyers. Only genuine buyers in the market inspected my property so I was able to avoid having lots of 'lookers' entering my home. After having placed my mother into aged care, the daunting task of selling her home was upon me. I put off contacting an agent as the preconceived idea in my mind was that no agent would be understanding and thoughtful of my situation. As chance would have it my mothers neighbours were also selling their home. At an open for inspection I took the opportunity to introduce myself to the agent. I met Craig Frost and within a few minutes I was sold!! I later met with him and his wife Renee and I knew I did not have to look further. Their prime objective was to assist me in whatever way they could to make the whole experience easy, honest and effective. Mums house was sold within a week with a desired result. We were exceptionally impressed and happy with the professionalism and exceptional service provided by Frost Real Estate during the sale of our house. We were impressed with the continual feedback and personal touch that we were provided with, not only did Craig and Ben continually update us throughout the process but we were able to log on and see the progress with possible buyers ourselves. The service provided to stage our home to make it more presentable to buyers made a huge difference to the look of the house and we believe assisted in making the sale very successful.
