Introducing Sacha Daniel. Sacha has 17 years experience in the industry and has previously completed a Diploma of Property, which helps serve him with a wealth of knowledge in real estate. He believes that going over and above what is generally expected of a real estate agent as well as having a true passion for all things property, has gained the loyalty and respect of his colleagues and clients over the years. His “can do” attitude and approachable yet professional nature, encourages clients to feel comfortable in knowing that they have employed the right agent to look after their largest asset , Sacha understands the importance of having a systematic approach to real estate. He believes that a significant and sometimes overlooked element in the industry is comprehensive contract writing and negotiations. Taking an analytical approach, he ensures that contracts are precise and thorough, safeguarding both his seller and the buyer. Sacha has pronounced experience in subdivisions, developing, building and renovating, successfully taking on many of his own projects. Savvy, thorough and honest

We've sold quite a few properties in our time, but I can safely say that Sacha was the most professional and thorough we have ever encountered. He did so much more than just sell the property - he provided us great advice on renovation work that better presented the house and even help coordinate the work. On a number of occasions Sacha went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. When it came to actually listed the property, I was impressed that Sacha revised his suggested asking price upwards - even though he already had the listing and it would have made his job easier to sell the house at the original quoted amount - I think this says a lot about his integrity.

Fantastic Agent

Fantastic agent! Goes the extra mile for you and I’m so grateful. When I started to look for agents when thinking about selling my house I was thinking “this is going to suck! “ As I have only dealt with very fake, car salesman like agents before and I was not looking forward to dealing with yet another agent but once I chatted to Sacha I realised this was not the case at all! I was living down South, working and with two kids and a FIFO husband which makes it difficult to get to PERTH and organise house stuff but Sacha when went above and beyond and made this process so smooth and easy!

Fantastic agent

Professional, Strong Communicator

Sacha was very approachable and professional from the first home open onward. He was forthcoming with honest information, kept us abreast with updates during the offer process and continued to assist us following purchase. Sacha was easy to deal with, returned communication quickly and provided as much information on the property as possible. Knowledgable, reliable and trustworthy.. Dont look anywhere else!

Thoroughly recommended, Sacha went out of his way on several occassions to help us as first time buyers with knowledge of the industry, buying processes, and even local council information. As first time buyers it was an extremely scary time but Sacha guided us through the process with ease and comfort! Hopefully we wont be needing an agent for a while but if and when we do we will certainly be returning to Fusion!
