Gartland's manage my rental property and the service that they give is truly second to none. I am a born and bred Geelong person but I happen to live overseas and the one thing that I truly do not have to worry about is the management of my rental property. The previous tenants moved interstate recently and the whole process of re letting the property was managed without a hiccup and Gartland's got new a new tenant at the same rent and I was kept informed of all along the way. I can't recommend another company that offers the level of service that Gartland's do.

Overall the experience was positive and getting approved remarkably easy. It was & still is hard to get hold of our tenant manager and your use of NO REPLY emails is very annoying. If you must use them please let me know how I am supposed to contact/reply to you. Looking forward to a long relationship though
