Gartland was the best experience I had, compared to others. It was crucial for me to have communication. In my experience, their communication was the best. They will inform you about the status of your applications without leaving you hanging. You are personally updated by them through their phone numbers. They are very helpful in securing your application. As a first-time renter, I was afraid that they would not choose me even if I have a good income. Thank you again to all the agents who are working hard and helping other people in this time of distress find a place to move in.

Keys provided to us did not actually open the house. One ring of keys did open external gates and locks, however there was definitely a mistake with the handover of keys. Little acknowledgment was made about this mistake and we had to return to the office in person to pick up the correct key which did open the house that we definitely did not have originally, almost treated as if it was our fault. Again privacy screen keys were not provided, which were deadlocked. The property owner kindly provided us with keys that unlocked these doors immediately, again proving the original keys that we tried countless times were not for the doors on the property. Agent does provide correspondence, willingness to acknowledge the inconveniences caused by mistakes and provide more empathetic responses and solutions could be greater.
