Gartland property team members are very professional and have excellent communication skills. Angie has a great knowledge of entire area and was kind. She helped me throughout the entire process. I met her on my inspection day as she explained the whole application process. She communicate clearly and very supportive. Kate Warby is my property manager she is very kind and nice.

We've recently used Gartland in Geelong to rent a house in the area, and I fully expected it to be like any other dealings with the rentals department at a real estate - non-responsive, can't get in touch with the agents etc, but not these guys. Angie was phenomenal, she's gone above and beyond for me, helping me get the information I needed, sending through videos of the property. Being interstate and unable to get down so fast, she's been a godsend. I would strongly recommend using Gartland for your rental agent needs. 10/10

Gartland are really great at communicating. They do a great job with open houses, and reporting about results. They are too quick to reduce the price in order to sell or rent it. Their inspections are not great. I am a bit more picker in cleanliness than the agent. They are quick to suggest a professional do the job, this is not always a good option and can be expensive. They should review their cleanera etc a bit more.
