Unpleasant experience
I dealt with Gartland in regard to a property for rent and before signing any documents my circumstances changed and I could no longer rent the property. I had paid a deposit which I was told was to secure the application (meaning they wouldn't offer the contract to anyone else before I had signed), but later I received the letter of offer via email which stated the property was not secured until I signed, which was confusing. Gartland refused to give my deposit back and sent me bills for break lease, marketing and water meter fees despite me never having signed a contract. When I requested a copy of their policy stipulating they could charge me these fees and keep my deposit, I was told they had no formal policy. This experience was unpleasant and nasty to say the least and I would recommend anyone dealing with Gartland to be conscious of their tactics.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff
Staff were friendly and enthusiastic at inspection with great knowledge of the property. Applications were handled quickly and professionally, Angie went the extra mile to be helpful during the whole process. 100% recommend!

Gartland Rental Review
My partner and I have been looking in the rental market for quite a while now and having our fair share of inspections I can hands down say our inspection with Gartland was the most professional and inviting. We met with Angie who was so happy to help us with any questions we had about the property and knew the answers to everything we asked, it was great to walk away from the property having all of our questions answered. She followed up with us straight away and in the end we have found our perfect house through Gartland, they’ve made the process super easy and quick for us and we really appreciate their help and professionalism.

Perfect service

Couldn’t be happier!!
I was treated like a person and not an application. I couldn’t be happier with the rental agents and there help and understanding in securing my home in only a couple of days, if it wasn’t for Gartland myself and young children would have become homeless ✌🏻
