I recently secured a lease with Gartland and spoke with Angie. Her communication with me was excellent, she was very polite and accommodating of all my questions. All follow up communication was done via email and all requests were actioned promptly, which enabled me to pay the relevant fees and organise the connections of all the relevant services and utilities within 1-2 hours of the initial phone call. I am very happy with service I have received.

I have two houses and have only just swapped Rental Managers from another company I used for 15 years. Gartland changed over properties seemlessly and found new tenants quickly and for a much better return than I had with the former Managers. Their communication is quick and they have always been accessible. Hopefully my experience will be just as good throughout the leases.

Following a continuous number of concerns with my previous leasing agency, I decided enough was enough and sought a new agency to manage my rental property. I approached 3 well known names within Geelong, gave the same speech to all three and took some time to review each with information forwarded to me by the person I spoke with. As one of my major issues with my previous agency, was follow up on my concerns, I was curious on the performance of each with a potential new client, Emily Reid contacted me twice within that time frame, and made my choice of new agency a simple one, as the others failed to follow up on our initial discussion. The leasing team then provided informative and timely updates on the search for a new tenant, and within a short period, my property has been leased with tenants moving in next week. From my perspective, I was totally satisfied with the performance of the members involved, from initial phone, call, through to the approval process of the new tenants. Looking forward to a long term partnership with the team at Gartland.
