I approached gartland based on their amazing online reviews. I was expecting a tennant change at my property and wanted the transition to be handled professionally. This is not what i experience on any level. The bind was returned before deductions were made and i am left out of pocket for property repairs. Maintenace was not completed between tennants and my specific requests were ignored and have still not been attented to after 4 months waiting. Entirely dissapointed with the service.

I have been renting out our previous family home through Gartland's Real Estate over the past four years, and the team has always been highly professional, reliable and available. I am extremely happy that I have chosen Gartland to look after my home. Right from the start Emily was professional and reassuring and extremely helpful when it come to the details of next steps. I felt comfortable and assured that my home was in good hands. I got to deal with Angie who again was professional kept me updated with the progress of the open homes. Dani is now looking after the management of the home as it took no time to rent the property out, Dani has assisted me with all details going forward organising cleaners and other aspects that need to be taken care of before the new tenants move in. I could not be more happy with my choice great Job ladies thank you!!!

Gartland have been very thorough, when I approached them I had been managing the rental property myself. I did my research and approached Gartland, I'm glad that I did as within a couple of weeks the tenant gave notice to vacate. It’s been a great pleasure working with Emily Reid and the team. Angie and Dani are great and very professional and they know what they are doing. Emily has been a trusted advisor for me on the ground while I went about purchasing, refreshing and then renting out the property without being in Geelong.
