Extremely thorough and provide that personal service. Emily looks after our properties extremely well and is very passionate about ensuring they are looked after. The service and communication is so good, you would think you are their only customer. If ever I have a question or concern, I just pick up the phone and Emily quickly responds. I don't need to login into some website to and search for answers. Very happy having Emily and Gartland Property looking after my properties.
