I first spoke with Emily back in Dec 21 where she made a concerted effort to follow up on my initial request at finding a property manager for our investment property. Of the four agents I contacted Emily was the only one to get back to me, over the Xmas period. She was diligent with her follow up, professional in all communications and provided helpful advice or suggestions when asked. Since having Gartland on board we have been very happy with the service we have received. The team is always polite, very efficient to respond, listens to our queries or requests and we feel like we have a great partner to help us manage and maintain our property to a high standard.
