Above and beyond
We're super happy with our experience with Gartland as our property managers. They were flexible and understanding as we experienced some COVID related delays to our pre-letting renos and roght onto it in finding us great tenants once we were good to go. Great communication, super responsive, a pleasure to deal with, and just get sh!t sorted without a fuss. Happily recommended!

Very helpful!
The property management team were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Any queries I had were answered promptly, and my house was rented out within 2 weeks of listing. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease their property.

Easy & Stress Free Experience!

Smooth process all around.

Great Agency!
Gartland have manage our property for 4 years now and we have never had an issue. They have always kept us up to date with our tenants and are ok top of any issues. We just wish there was more branches around Victoria so we could use them for our other properties!
