Communication was always very prompt and the ladies were able to help me out with any questions I had along the way. With only 2 open for inspections they were able to find me a fantastic tenant. I would not hesitate to enlist my investment property under the watchful eye of Kate, her negotiation skills and communication style have made an unpleasant experience tolerable for both myself and the landlord. Kate is proactive and has rectified each problem systematically, I greatly appreciated her warm, helpful and understanding demeanour when trades were required in the middle of the night.
