I recently lost my house in a fire and was living in my friends back yard with my dog. Gartland agents at inspection where understanding of this being a hard time for me and that finding and moving into a house ASAP. Agents were quick to respond to my application and got it to the owner the same day. This meant that I had secured a new home within 21 days of losing my original home. Theyve reached out to check in on me after the move. I advised them on some work that needed to be done and they've gotten on to the appropriate trades. The admin team when I picked up my keys were genuine and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to being a tenant of theirs for the foreseeable future

Usually a lease agreement is very straight forward and you get a basic text book welcoming. Gartland exceeded our professional expectations based on their warm and welcoming manner when we were told we had been approved for a property that we so desperately wanted. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Gartland. The lady’s were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They handled everything from my final inspection before settlement and to coordinating cleaning and yard maintenance with the vendors selling agent. They also managed to secure a tenant before settlement which I was thrilled with. I Would highly recommend Gartland to any of my friends and family.
