From the time I queried the property for inspection to the time I collected my keys my experience was professional and flawless. I was updated at each step of my rental application which is something I had not experienced before. From the time I applied for the property to the time I was approved was approx 48 hours which is exceptional customer service. Thanks to Angie and Emily for their great work!

My experience with Gartland has been extremely positive. They were super helpful with different email links to help set up utilities before moving, they were super communicative and happy to answer the multitude of questions I had via email/phone; which I found extremely helpful. Everyone over there seems extremely lovely, whether you're at their head quarters, emailing or calling they are all super helpful and kind. The only issue I had with Gartland was the frequent changes in the Property Manager/agent emails, which made it a bit difficult to track who I was supposed to reach out to for certain things. However they made this issue super small and didn't cause any huge amount of stress. Our agent now is extremely sweet and has been super helpful for my partner and I during this time. Would 100% recommend these guys!
