We were introduced to Emily as the Property Manager when we were due our initial inspection at the completion of our build. She went in on our behalf, identified a few issues, communicated them to the builder snd had them fixed. She then followed up and advised us of everything that was happening. Angie took over to get our tenant. Interactive, informative and again professional. Has a tenant in very little time. Highly recommended

I found the process of renting my property out for the first time very easy with the help of Emily and Angie from the Gartland office. Communication was always very prompt and the ladies were able to help me out with any questions I had along the way. With only 2 open for inspections they were able to find me a fantastic tenant.
