Simply Awesome!!!
We have been dealing with Emily Reid from Gartland Property and she is simply AWESOME! Emily presented to us with such energy, professionalism and depth of knowledge that made us believe we were working with the right person for us. We found Emily very personable and from the minute we met her she put us at ease and established a great rapport which we have continued to enjoy through this partnership. Emily has maintained the same level of energy, attentiveness and partnership she initially showed us and we are very grateful to be working with her. Great Experience
I looked at three agents prior to leasing my house and Emily was the only one who came over with a full property/rental report and research history of my property. I was impressed with her wealth of experience and she also built really great rapport with me. I am a first time landlord and appreciate that Gartland has been able to answer all my questions and help me understand my duties as a landlord. After covid lockdowns, Emily managed to lease my property within a week to an awesome tenant! I am happy with Gartland's service and would recommend them to family and friends.
