I have found Adam Garvey to be a reliable, thoughtful and honest person to deal with. He went out of his way to help me when I found myself needing to sell a property promptly while at the same time enmeshed in a number of difficulties which obstructed my doing so. The property has sold promptly and I am very pleased with the price which he negotiated for the sale. I am very happy that I chose his agency - initially valuing both its reputed probity and its local knowledge of the property market in East Camberwell where the house was located. Adam recommended and facilitated the establishment of a connection with a solicitor with whom he works regularly to handle the conveyancing and I found her to be as kindly and reliable as Adam himself. He went the extra mile on a number of occasions. I've decided, as our interactions have run their course, that Adam is extremely well organised - an admirable characteristic. He has nevertheless coped well with my diliatoriness - which is an evidence of his strength of character and understanding not always found in the well organised. He is to be commended for the way he conducts himself. To sum up - "His blood is worth bottling."
