We discussed house value and I was very comfortable with the price range he recommended. This was a few weeks before I asked him to manage the sale for me. Adam didn't deviate from his initial estimate range, and as it turned out, he was spot on. I was very happy with the way he managed the "opens" and was given feedback promptly. It shows that a small company with a lot of experience selling in the area is very important.
