Great communication & a good result
Expectations set correctly around market value. Good communication & follow up throughout the process. Offers arrived very early n the process and it took only 2 weekends to secure a sale at the price we wanted. Surpassed our expectations on speed of sale. Helped with an excellent photographer which made the marketing a success.

Professional, knowledgeable and well connected to buyers
Adam was professional and easy to deal with. He was supportive of my preferred sale approach and had an existing list of people lined up who he knew would have an interest in buying my property, and one of them did at a price that was at the top of my expectations range. Opens for inspection were low hassle, the sale outcome was quick and all done with a minimum of marketing and other costs.

Amazing Agents with years of experience.
