I am so lucky to have connected with Jane. Our apartment had been leased and we took the plunge and decide to sell in a challenging market. Then we handed it over to Jane who managed everything beautifully end to end, the styling, the garden, the photography, the advertising and the opens. Extremely knowledgeable and well connected! James sold our place within 3 days of us deciding to list. He knew exactly who the buyer should be, and using Garwood's exclusive client database, had the client in to view within a day, and they offered straight away. The offer was above all 3 valuations we had previously. We were of course nervous, we sold our place so quickly!!! We then came across another property a few days later, and James helped us and guided us on the value and bidding process. AND we got it!!
