James was managing our property as a rental, so when it came time for us to sell it was an easy decision to have him manage the sale of our property. James must be one of the most dedicated and professional real estate agents I’ve come across. He was the perfect combination of supportive and patient whilst we were working through our options prior to sale. When it came time to sell, he was also incredibly considerate of the tenants needs and ensuring they were treated respectfully throughout the sale process. When Covid-19 escalated the situation was changing frequently, including impacts to open homes/auctions. James was touching base daily to discuss our options and to run through the best course of action. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported, in a time that was no doubt personally stressful given the significant impact to his own business. James not only managed to sell our unit within 8 days, he did so without open homes (I think he had 12 hours of appointments…) and achieved a record sale for the block! We were beyond happy with the outcome. He has an eye for genuine buyers, and those who he thought were well suited for the property. What an incredible task James has taken on – selling my 3BR apartment during COVID - 19 isolation where you couldn’t even have open inspections except private appointments. James worked extremely hard throughout the campaign, brought a huge amount of qualified potential buyers through the door. He is the ultimate professional, kept me up to date with all the important information and buyers feedback. I never needed to remind him as he always calls me before I even reach out. I felt very well informed which gave me a great comfort each week knowing that James was doing his absolute best for the sale of my property. I purchased a unit from James in 2019. The seamless experience of buying convinced me to go with Garwoods when it was time to sell my beloved family home in 2020.
