I had meetings with two agents to sell my apartment and had decided upon one when some neighbours mentioned how good Garwoods were. So I had a meeting with Jane and James and was so impressed that I wondered whether or not I should go with my previous decision. I had six months before I would be moving into my new apartment so was quite happy with an Auction in a few months time which would bring me into line with my anticipated moving date. Then Jane got back to me with the suggestion that as she had some extremely interested prospects would I like to have an Off Market Campaign where she and James would bring them through. I took this with a grain of salt quite frankly as I thought all the agents would have "really interested people" and I still had six months before my move. However, I went along with it and they brought three parties through and all wanted Contracts. One in particular had fallen in love with the apartment and was prepared to have the long Settlement. In the end my apartment sold for the highest price ever in the complex. This all took place within less than three weeks. Throughout this time Jane and James were so helpful and understanding, totally professional, and interested in me getting my requirements. Our apartment needed some serious upgrades which we never had time to do, and the Garwoods arranged and supervised everything, from painting, appliances, electrics, blinds, cleaning and styling. We didn’t need to do anything and everything was expertly managed. It took the pressure from us and allowed us to concentrate on the move to our new home.
