Theodara was awesome! Living at the other side of the country makes the need for a great agent even more important. Theodara worked super hard, communication was outstanding and for the two units we sold we got record prices. Could not be happier. 10/10 Any new agents could look, listen and learn from this energy packed, smart, articulate woman. For those looking for the right agent, the search is over. To say I am thrilled with our agent is an understatement. It’s a big vote Yes from me.

Great agency

Landmark price achieved!!
Garwoods Estate Agents were perfect for us! Rather than treat us like a number and use a standardised approach to selling our home, they listened to what we had to say and tailored an approach that delivered a superior result! We were confident that David and Theodora were working for us to achieve the best sale price rather than just working for a commission. We decided to pass on some of the big name agents due to their cookie cutter approach to selling and actually saved on marketing expenses, maximisingbour return. Simply the best no other can do
Five out of 5 every time. After dealing with real estate agents all my life there has never been one as good as her so we give her all our properties. My own son purchased a property as Xmas in Noosa from another agent who was disgraceful. Theodora works through the night for her clients, public holidays, even Xmas till she achieves what her customer needs and wants Farida wills

Trust your agent
The last couple of years have been a difficult market for units sellers, perhaps complicated by the over zealous every one's a developer mind set, on the eastern seaboard. Oversupply is a difficult market. Nonetheless, Theodora never gave up. Her knowledge of the market and her advice, positioned the unit sale price correctly.
