I haven't rented since my 20s - boy have things changed! I felt a bit overwhelmed by the process, and largely ignored by other property managers who just seem to be going through the motions because the market is so tight. After a few opens with other agents I found a property to suit both husbo and me through Gary J Smith and was lucky enough to get it. Laura was at the open and was warm, engaged, and approachable. I had a bunch of questions and she was very patient. I never once felt looked down on or ignored. Once she'd confirmed things with me she was so helpful and walked me through the process (and paperwork!) of becoming a tenant. There were a few small things that needed sorting in the new place, and she was onto them immediately. Also a shout out to the receptionist at the Glenelg office - she is so friendly and helpful.
