John & Caitlin were fantastic to deal with. We had tenants in the property and they communicated really well with them and made them feel comfortable with people coming through the home. There was a large number of groups that came through, and they did the extra ground work to find out information regarding each offer. Would definitely use again

John and Caitlin were truly exceptional. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like pros. Their cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sale process simple. I’ve already recommended them to two of my good friends. When we are looking to sell again we will not hesitate to call them again for their services.
