No complaints from me in any regard. From start to end the sale process David put together was concise, professional and friendly. Advise and direction were offered and expanded on when I asked and any directions I gave followed and implemented quickly. David provided constant updates and feedback on the overall sales campaign as it progressed as well as passing back to me any comments or concerns expressed by perspective buyers during opens for inspection. We were delighted with Leor and the team and Gary Peer when selling our home in Carnegie via Auction. Leor and Jack were direct, honest and clear in what was required to get the best outcome on Auction day. They provided an updated immediately after every open, plus a weekly summary and answered questions along the way in a timely manner. They stuck to the plan throughout the 4 weeks and clearly explained the auction process to us so that we knew what to expect and we were prepared for the day. The auction day went smoothly, all the right buyers were there and we were delighted with the results. Also, we were overseas for the first 2 weeks of the opens, so the Whatsapp Video messages after each open were fantastic. We felt 100% involved and informed the whole way through.
