Missed out on an auction and was offered an off market property by Idan Gutman another younger agent at Gary Peer. Both Idan and Aviv were great - I got to see the property almost immediately despite tenants being in place, put in an offer and with a little bit of negotiating paid a bit more than original asking price but still reasonable. Aviv (and Idan) were always quick to reply to any questions about the sale as I was very cautious and inexperienced. Graeme has recently sold a couple of properties for me. The first one was a small, older flat in Carnegie, a suburb full of new apartment competition which was for sale coming into the Christmas period. It was a difficult task but he was always diligent with his open for inspections and thorough reporting after each one too. He never gave up and negotiated well between two potential buyers who were competing for the sale in the end. I was so impressed with his persistence with the first listing that I gave him a second property to sell. The market was different 6 months later and there was enough interest from his list of buyers who were looking for properties that he only needed to have a few opens before it was sold off the market. A much easier sale but Graeme's approach was the same both times. Honest, interested, knowledgeable about the local market and a persistence and commitment for doing the best job possible for his vendor. I was very happy with his service and would always be happy to recommend him to anyone who needed an agent in the area.
