Leor was fantastic to work with on auction day, he was very calm and confident and made us feel at ease. He is a fantastic auctioneer, he kept the crowd engaged and didn't drag out the auction out for too long. He has amazing knowledge of the 3163 postcode and definitely demonstrated this during the auction spiel. Our property passed in at auction and Leor was able to quickly negotiate a deal with the vendor within a 10 minute time frame. Jack was a pleasure to deal with when selling our apartment. He has fantastic knowledge of the 3163 postcode and surrounding areas and gives you a realistic assessment on what your property is worth. Jack is a great communicator, he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and addressed our questions in a timely manner. He is a fantastic networker and remembers nearly everyone who he has met during an open house; he goes the extra mile by calling people on his lists to bring them through your place. Jack did all of our open houses and doesn’t palm you off to junior agents! We could not be happier with the service he has provided! If I could give him 20 stars I would! I strongly recommend hiring Jack to sell your property.
