Nikki remained cool and helped us through this anxious time
With the pandemic lock downs in place there was greater pressure on both us and Nikki who remained cool and helped us through this anxious time. Through her focus and hard work, we were able to avoid bridging finance.

Terrific experience

Fantastic experience dealing with Gary Peer
First and foremost Glenn, Billy and Mark got us a tremendous price on our house, way above what we had expected. Glenn gave us great advice on preparing the house for inspection. And the open house days, frequent and well advertised, saw hundreds of people move through. Furthermore, the Gary Peer team were always quick to get back to us if we had any questions and we were always kept up to date with feedback from potential buyers. They took the stress out of the entire procedure. It all ran so smoothly. Glenn, Mark and Billy have so many years of experience you really feel safe leaving everything thing in their hands. Excellent outcome in trying circumstances
Glenn is most certainly tenacious. He puts all efforts into accomplishing the best result possible and together with excellent communication from Billy we are delighted to sell with Gary Peer. The circumstances with lockdowns during the campaign made the task particularly challenging, however Glenn navigated his way through these difficult times.

Arlene’s attention to the whole sale process was end to end magnificently executed. Her devotion to making the place look perfect and the marketing of the property was as if she was selling her own home. Efficient service and successful outcome
We wanted to sell privately and only if our reserve was to be exceeded. Within a few days, Glenn had 2 interested off-market purchasers and the property was sold within the week. It all went incredibly efficiently and smoothly and Glenn was available at all hours to make it work so effectively.
