Joel and his team were highly recommended and actually surpassed our high expectations. The entire process from initial discussions relating to the market, time frames, marketing, listing, feedback during opens, and leading up to and including the auction was seamless. Gary Peer is a professional, trusted and highly organised team unit where as a vendor you always feel in control, updated, and especially confident throughout the campaign. We believed, judging from our calculations, bank valuation and previous sales in the area that we would realise the price we wanted for the house that had been our beautiful family home for 36 years. We had renovated and lovingly maintained it and not once did Sally Zelman or Philip Kingston or theri team try to influence us otherwise. While they were careful not to guarantee a sale price we wanted, they never attempted to pressure us to alter our expectations. they just worked very hard to achieve it and they did. We are delighted with the outcome. During the campaign every member of the team was receptive to our queries in an honest and supportive manner. Gary Peer and Associates is a very professional real estate firm and we are very happy to recommend the company to any vendor or purchaser in the real estate market.

Darren and the team, Daniel, Sally and Aliza were simply amazing. From start to finish they were always helpful, caring and most importantly professional in guiding us through the journey of selling our home of 25 years. We always knew what was happening and were updated at every turn, especially the day of the sale prior to auction. We couldn't be happier! Darren first contacted us 14 years ago and he always stayed in touch, not with any pressure to sell through his company, but simply to say hi, ask how we were and pass on his thoughts on the current market situation. Glenn Bricker , as stated above, kept me constantly updated throughout and whenever I had a query or a requirement, he was most prompt in not only getting back to me but also actioning my request in conjunction with his campaign coordinator, Billy Cohen who was also a pleasure to deal with. Glenn certainly was most knowledgeable in what was required in order to have the house presented for sale and he and Billy Cohen were exceptionally prompt in organising the works needed to the house and its presentation and then organising the appropriate teams to get it all going. Glenn was so enthusiastic throughout and his knowledge of the Real Estate market was most evident and he certainly is a professional in his field. He and Mark Kirkham worked tirelessly throughout the campaign and without their efforts , I would not have achieved the result that was achieved. Of course, Phillip Kingston , as the auctioneer, ensured that great result and I was so exceptionally pleased with the entire Gary Peer experience. The coffee van at the auction took the whole auction experience to another level and assisted in creating a relaxed but professional auction atmosphere.
